Travel News:

Benidorm hunk Danny Walters is joining EastEnders this summer

The former Gay Times cover star has been turning heads up and down the land this year, after we got him to strip off for our January issue.

And now we’re going to be seeing even more of Danny Walters, as he’s moving to Albert Square.

The 23-year-old actor will play Keanu Taylor, the charming eldest son of single mum Karen Taylor.

He’ll be making his first appearance later this summer – and a little Walford birdie told us he’ll be without his top for a few scenes. Marvellous.

In a snap accompanying the announcement, Walters can be seen standing in front of the square’s terraces, dressed in a dark grey tracksuit and sporting a shaved head.

Speaking about his new role, Danny said he felt “privileged” to be joining the team.

“Everyone has been so friendly and kind and gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported,” he said.

“There has been a huge buzz surrounding the new family and I am so excited to see what the future holds for The Taylors.”

Hinting that he might be a bit of a bad boy he added: “Keanu is very grateful to live at No.23 Albert Square and will try his very best not to disturb the peace in the Square.”

We’ll be hoping his new role will give him plenty of opportunities to show off his impressive abs. In January, he showed fans how he achieves his enviable physique, sharing a picture of himself alongside a box of his favourite nutrition.
